Shipping policy

All Canadian orders placed on www.galaxyauto.ca that require shipping are fulfilled from our warehouses or distribution centres across Canada, subject to availability. Orders are normally dispatched within 1 business day after payment is received. Delivery typically takes 2–14 business days, depending on your location and the size of your order.

We use Canada Post, UPS and Canpar for Canadian shipments. The carrier is selected based on package size and delivery location. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests to change the selected carrier. By default, orders over CAD $99.00 are shipped with a signature required. If you would prefer delivery without a signature, please leave a note with your order.

Shipping rates vary based on product size and delivery location and are calculated at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we cannot change the shipping address once an order has been dispatched.

Our free Canada-wide shipping promotion applies to eligible retail orders over CAD $199.00, before taxes and after applicable discounts. To qualify, orders must be placed directly through www.galaxyauto.ca at the listed website prices. Wholesale and dealer orders are excluded.

Bumpers and truck canopies are not eligible for free shipping. Other items marked “Oversized Shipping and Handling” are also excluded from this promotion.

Items marked “Local Pickup Only” are available for pickup only. Shipping is not available for these items, and they are excluded from the free shipping promotion.

For other oversized items, please contact us to confirm available pickup or freight options before placing your order. Customers are responsible for any applicable freight and shipment insurance costs.

Delivery to remote areas is subject to carrier availability and shipping costs. Galaxy Auto reserves the right to cancel orders destined for remote areas that our carriers cannot service at reasonable rates. We will contact you if additional shipping arrangements are required or if we are unable to fulfill your order.
