Warranty Policy
Galaxy Auto provides a limited warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship only.
Warranty Coverage:
This warranty applies strictly to defects that arise from the manufacturing process. If a product is found to have a defect under normal use within the warranty period, Galaxy Auto will provide repair support or replacement parts at no additional cost.
What is Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Electrical or mechanical failures under normal use conditions
What is Not Covered:
- Any damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper operation
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear (including but not limited to tires, brake pads, chains, and cosmetic components)
- Water damage or environmental damage
- Improper installation or failure to follow product instructions
Customer-Caused Damage:
If damage occurs due to user actions or external factors, Galaxy Auto may still offer repair services; however, such services will be subject to inspection and may incur labor, parts, and service fees depending on the nature of the damage and time elapsed since purchase.
Warranty Claim Process:
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
- Customers may be asked to provide photos or videos for initial assessment
- Galaxy Auto reserves the right to determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect
- In some cases, parts or products may need to be returned for further inspection (shipping costs may apply)
Additional Terms:
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
- Galaxy Auto is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use
