Universal Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all products sold by Galaxy Auto, including but not limited to electric bikes, scooters, dirt bikes, and automotive parts. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. THE "UNOPENED & UNUSED" RULE
To ensure the safety and performance standards of our equipment, we strictly enforce a No-Return policy for any item that has been opened or used.

Returns are ONLY accepted if the product is in its original, factory-sealed, and unopened box.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and unassembled.

Any sign of assembly, tire wear, odometer mileage, or broken factory seals will immediately disqualify the item for a return.

2. REPAIR-ONLY POLICY FOR USED ITEMS
Once a product (especially electric vehicles) has been unboxed or operated:

No Refunds or Exchanges: The sale is considered final.

Warranty Support: If a manufacturing defect occurs, Galaxy Auto provides support through repair services or replacement parts in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.

Technical Support: Our Richmond-based team is available to assist with troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure your vehicle performs as intended.

3. RETURN WINDOW & RESTOCKING FEES
14-Day Limit: Return requests for unopened items must be made within 14 days of the original purchase or delivery date.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns. This fee covers the cost of inspection, inventory management, and credit card processing fees.

Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost and liability of shipping the product back to our warehouse.

4. FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Items marked as "Clearance," "Open Box," or "Special Order."

5. CANCELLATIONS
Orders cancelled after the item has been processed for shipping but before delivery will be treated as a return and are subject to the 20% restocking fee plus any intercepted shipping costs.
